How to withdraw cases against public representatives-High Court

Amaravati: The YCP government has been hit hard in the High Court. A hearing was held in the High Court on Thursday regarding the withdrawal of the case against the public representatives. Journalist Forum president Krishnajaneyulu filed a public interest lawsuit in the High Court claiming that the cases against 32 public representatives were withdrawn. Eminent advocate Shravan Kumar argued for the petitioner. Earlier, the bench questioned the government as to how the cases can be withdrawn without the High Court’s permission. The High Court has issued orders to file an affidavit on behalf of the government. Under the high court orders, the government has withdrawn the entire organism. The bench closed the public interest litigation as the government continued to file cases.
