“We are sure to emerge stronger in the next polls,”Chandrababu slams YS Jagan

Visakhapatnam: Telugu Desam Party supreme and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu claimed to have brought the cash-strapped Andhra Pradesh among the top three states in all parameters during his regime and flayed the present YSRCP Government of ‘reversing’ all the good work done by the party. Speaking to media after the two-day review meeting aimed at taking stock of the party’s situation and come up with an action plan to revive it, he expressed dissatisfaction over the present governance and objected to ‘revenge politics’ of ruling YSRCP leaders on the Opposition party workers and trying to muzzle the people’s voice. “We took all efforts in terms of developing the state and taking care of the people through a slew of welfare schemes. Though there is an element of sadness with the outcome of the elections, we are sure to emerge stronger in the next polls,” Naidu asserted. It is time we book cases against the police as they are behaving in a high-handed manner towards the TDP,” he alleged. As part of the constituency-wise review meeting, Naidu plans to visit Nellore and Srikakulam next.
